CO-WORKING SPACE RULES & POLICIES

These rules are established to ensure a safe, professional, and productive working environment for all members. All members, visitors, and guests are required to comply with the following policies while using the coworking premises.

1. General Conduct
  • All members must maintain a professional and respectful environment within the coworking space.
  • Members must respect the personal space, privacy, and working environment of other coworkers and refrain from any intrusive behavior or unnecessary disturbance.
  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure a productive work atmosphere. Phone calls and extended discussions should be conducted in designated areas.
  • Any verbal disputes or issues should be avoided. Members are requested to report concerns through official communication channels.
2. Workspace Usage
  • Members must adhere to the number of seats allocated in their membership plan. Allowing additional individuals without permission will be treated as unauthorized access or trespassing.
  • Meeting rooms must be reserved in advance and members must adhere to their allotted time slots to allow fair usage by others.
  • Members must clean up after themselves and maintain cleanliness in common areas such as meeting rooms, pantry areas, and workspaces.
  • Members must not leave personal belongings unattended and must respect the property of others.
  • Any damage caused to furniture, equipment, or property of the coworking space will be charged to the responsible member.
3. Food & Pantry Policy
  • Food and beverages must be consumed only in designated areas. Members are responsible for disposing of waste properly and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Spills or mess created by members must be cleaned immediately to maintain hygiene within the workspace.
4. Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Activities
  • The building is a 100% No Smoking and Tobacco Zone. Smoking or consumption of tobacco products within the premises may result in penalties.
  • Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances within the coworking space is strictly prohibited.
  • Any illegal activities, fraudulent business operations, or misuse of the coworking address are strictly prohibited.
5. Internet & Technology Usage
  • Internet facilities are provided for professional and business purposes only. Members must refrain from accessing illegal, inappropriate, or bandwidth-intensive content that may affect network performance.
  • Unauthorized downloading, illegal file sharing, or activities violating cyber laws are strictly prohibited.
6. Security & Safety
  • Members must follow all security protocols, including ensuring doors are secured after office hours and preventing entry of unauthorized individuals.
  • CCTV surveillance may be active in common areas for safety and security purposes.
  • In case of fire or emergency, members must immediately contact emergency services (Dial 112) and inform the building administrator.
  • In case of theft or criminal activity, members must report the matter to the nearest police station. Building management is responsible only for common area security.
7. Parking Policy

Members must park their vehicles in an orderly manner and ensure that entrances, exits, and pathways remain unobstructed.

8. Membership & Operational Policies
  • Office AC operating hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, unless otherwise specified by management.
  • All members must sign a membership agreement outlining the terms of use, fees, and responsibilities before using the coworking facilities.
  • Any usage beyond the agreed membership period will be charged at three times the regular daily rate unless prior approval has been obtained from management.
9. Security Deposit & Exit Policy
  • Refund of the Security Deposit will be processed within 7-10 working days after successful handover and signing of the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • Successful handover requires members to remove all business registrations, licenses, or online references using the coworking address including: Shop Act registration, GST registration, Business registrations, Google listings, Social media pages, and any official documentation. Members must provide proof of such removal during exit.
10. Official Communication Policy
  • Any request related to termination of membership, vacating the premises, or discontinuation of services must be submitted in writing as per the notice period defined in the membership agreement.
  • Verbal communication will not be considered valid for official purposes.

11. Feedback & Improvement

Members are encouraged to provide constructive feedback or suggestions to management to improve the coworking experience for all users.

Final Note: Management reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to maintain safety, operational efficiency, and a professional working environment. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, suspension of services, or termination of membership.

COWORKING CENTRE DISCLAIMER

This coworking centre operates as a shared workspace facility providing office infrastructure and related services to independent professionals, businesses, and organizations. By entering or using the coworking premises, all members, visitors, guests, and associated individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following disclaimer and policies.

1. Nature of Service

The coworking centre provides shared office infrastructure. The use of the coworking space does not establish a landlord-tenant relationship. Members are granted a temporary license to use workspace facilities subject to the membership agreement. Management reserves the right to modify services, facilities, seating arrangements, and operational policies whenever required.

2. Personal Property Disclaimer

Members are fully responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings including laptops, mobile devices, documents, business equipment, and valuables. The coworking centre and its management shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal property within the premises.

3. Independent Business Responsibility

Members operate their businesses independently. The coworking centre does not endorse any member business, verify legality of operations, participate in business activities, and is not responsible for business dealings between members and third parties.

4. Payment Transaction Disclaimer

Any financial transaction carried out between individuals or businesses within the premises (payments for work, consulting fees, investments, etc.) is strictly their personal responsibility. The building management and coworking centre shall not be responsible or liable for any financial transaction, dispute, or fraud.

5. Address Usage Disclaimer

Use of the coworking centre address for business registration (GST, Shop Act, company incorporation, etc.) is permitted only if allowed under the membership plan. Members are responsible for legal compliance. Upon termination, members must remove the coworking address from all government registrations, websites, and marketing materials. Failure to do so may result in withholding of security deposit and legal action.

6. Internet Usage Disclaimer

Internet services are provided as a shared convenience. The coworking centre does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, fixed speeds, or protection against cyber threats. Members are solely responsible for their online activities. Any illegal activity (piracy, cybercrime, hacking) shall be the sole responsibility of the member.

7. CCTV and Security Disclaimer

CCTV cameras may be installed in common areas, but the coworking centre does not guarantee complete prevention of theft, accidents, or unauthorized activities.

8. Visitor Responsibility

Members are fully responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests or visitors. Management reserves the right to restrict visitor access.

9. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The coworking centre shall not be liable for personal injury, accidents, or medical emergencies occurring within the premises, except where required by law.

10. Service Interruption Disclaimer

Management shall not be liable for any financial loss or business disruption resulting from electricity failure, internet outages, building maintenance, technical issues, government restrictions, or natural events.

11. Shared Workspace Environment

Management cannot guarantee absolute silence, complete privacy, or uninterrupted working conditions. Professional conduct is expected.

12. Parking Disclaimer

Parking is subject to availability. The coworking centre is not responsible for vehicle theft, damage, or accidents. Members park at their own risk.

13. Illegal Activities

Any illegal activities (financial fraud, cybercrime, misrepresentation) will be the sole responsibility of the person involved. Management reserves the right to terminate membership and report to authorities.

14. Membership Termination

Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations, illegal activities, misconduct, misuse of facilities, or non-payment of dues.

15. Written Communication Requirement

All official requests must be submitted in written form. Verbal communication will not be considered valid.

16. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the coworking centre or management be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business losses, reputational damage, or third-party claims.

17. Policy Updates & Acceptance

Management reserves the right to update these policies. By using the coworking space, members and visitors acknowledge they agree to comply with all rules and disclaimers.

Members will be responsible for legal notice charges, recovery charges, legal fees, and court costs if legal action is necessary. Management reserves the right to suspend internet, workspace, and meeting room access for non-payment or violations. Dues may be adjusted from the security deposit.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws and responding to any investigations regarding their business.
